R-co Valor Balanced’s 3-year anniversary

Comunicados  —  26/10/2021

Rothschild & Co Asset Management Europe is celebrating the third anniversary of R-co Valor Balanced, a flexible diversified allocation fund whose objective is to allow investors to benefit from the dynamics of international equity markets but with managed volatility levels. Created on 24 October 2018 and co-managed since then by Yoann Ignatiew, Fund manager of R-co Valor, and Emmanuel Petit, Head of Fixed Income Management, the fund has generated an annualised performance of 7.7%1 since inception. During this period, R-co Valor Balanced particularly stood out for its ability to cope with unprecedented conditions, both on the equity and fixed income markets, thanks to the agility of its management strategy. Building on this resilience, the fund recently exceeded 518 million euros in assets under management1.

“R-co Valor Balanced is a fund that gives us full latitude to adapt to different market conditions. The management strategy has proven itself throughout two major crises in 3 years of existence” states Yoann Ignatiew.

“The fixed income component is the stability pillar of the fund and significantly contributes to overall performance through responsiveness and opportunism in a low interest rate environment“ adds Emmanuel Petit.

As of end of October, R-co Valor Balanced has registered a cumulative performance of 25.0%1 since launch, to match with a 1-year volatility of 6.9%1 and a SRRI2 classification of 4 out of 7.
R-co Valor Balanced is distributed in France on most distribution platforms, and is also available in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Germany, and Spain. (See table below)
